Francesco's Favorites

Francesco, a 9 yr old boy suffers from both Celiac Disease and Type 1 Diabetes. Let him suggest some kid friendly gluten free foods, and lunch box ideas that are sure to pass your child's taste test!

Hi...welcome to my blog! My name is Francesco and I am 9 years old. I suffer from type 1 diabetes and Celiac Disease. It makes life hard sometimes but my mom eats gluten free like me because she has Celiac disease too. That makes it easier for me because I don't feel like I am alone when I can't have what others eat. Me and my mom try different foods all the time and have found some really great things we thought I should share with kids suffering from Celiac just like me! You can check back to my blog often for new things and ideas we come up with to keep my meals exciting and fun. Thanks for visiting!
